Cette exposition réunit un ensemble important d’œuvres d’Anne Wenzel, réalisées entre 2010 et 2023, mises en dialogue avec des gravures et dessins d’Otto Dix. Bien que séparés par une génération, les deux artistes ont utilisé leur pratique pour explorer l’impact dévastateur de la guerre sur les corps et les esprits.
This exhibition will present extensive works by Anne Wenzel, spawning from 2010 to 2023, in dialogue with drawings and etchings by Otto Dix. Although a generation separates them, both of them have used their art to engage with the dramatic consequences of the war on the body and the mind.
